        You want to do file sharing?  Well, the hub is the best way 
to go, as already mentioned.  If you're running new enough OS 
version, you can do file sharing over TCP/IP, and use IPNetRouter on 
the "middle" machine to bridge the two tiny networks, but this is 
kind of overkill.

        You could instead use LocalTalk between the 7100 and 6300, 
and run Apple's LocalTalk bridge (free) to route AppleTalk.  It'll be 
slower over LocalTalk cabling, of course.
