  I apologize. I wasn't clear.The problem occurs when someone on the 
network shuts down, or tries to shut down. They get a warning message 
that others are on the network and connected, along with an option 
for how long to allow before the shut-down commences.
  I seem to recall there is away to defeat this uselessness.

  Anyone recall?
