That would work fine. I have an Orinoco Residential Gateway that I prefer, but most 802.11b products are interoperable. I would recommend checking eBay for Orinoco RGs, however, as they are readily available and cheap. That's where I got mine. Plus, I use an Orinoco Silver card in a Lombard G3 PB with no problems. Recently, I found a driver that works in OSX too. They're great.
