Do you have AppleTalk set to your Ethernet connection?  If you do, 
you should be able to see the 950 files from the 7100.  To access 
your printers, you need to make sure you have the drivers installed 
on the 7100.  I suspect the reason you're not "seeing" the printers 
is you haven't set AppleTalk to Ethernet.  You are running OT on your 
950 right?
