Yeah, I have the same problem. I have one of the new "snow" airport 
base stations, and it only does dhcp in 10.*. I have the same problem - 
my network at home is set to 192... One printer I have is a network 
printer and is set to 192 and is a pain to change the ip #. I don't 
think the manage software works with new versions of mac os, so have to 
pull out the manual, dust off an old mac, etc... I had once or twice 
when cable went down, switched over to the airport (vs my linux box as 
a router) to give dial up access. No one could print because they were 
in 10.*...

Hrm that would be interesting to try to see if you could use a snmp 
client (like the java wavelan/airport manager for win/linux machines). 
Might be possible to manually set it using that.. I haven't tried 
though.
