Paul, Just as an fyi, I (like you) was under the impression that putting beginning and ending < > around a URL forced the mail client to treat multi-line URLs as a single character string, but in the email you sent (which I have enclosed below) the example you gave did not work in Yahoo Mail. Only the 1st line was the active URL, the 2nd line appeared as unrelated (an unhilited and unlinked) text. When I clicked on the URL to double check, only the first line was used in the Browser Address line and I got a "not authorized to access" the directory 'YaBB'. I know how to cut and paste so these things don't bother me that much, just thought you might want to know.
