Tom > Hi Tom, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It sounds like you have the physical wiring correct: DSL to Hub, AirportBaseStation to Hub and iMac to Hub (hey, sounds like the hub is correctly the "hub" of the network!) Since you have the iMac going out fine over the network you have the DSL configured properly in the Airport. THe only question remaining then is why your iBook doesn't connect to the wireless side of the Airport. Now, since the iBook finds your neighbor's Linksys fine the iBook doesn't seem to be at fault.
Question: Does the iBook see the iMac on the network? I'm going to guess not. Does the iBook show that it's connected to Airport? In your prior message you said that you've got the green dots, I'm guessing you're running OS9 on it. It should tell you the name of the wireless network if you click the antenna signal in the control strip. Does it? On the Airport you need to tell it to bridge the networks (wired and wireless). I don't have an airport here to tell you exactly where that setting is. If everything else above tests out OK I'd guess that this is where your problem is.
