What is the best way to put this machine on a wireless network that consists of the following:

AirPort Extreme Base Station connected to Internet via WiMax
G4 iMac with original AirPort card
G4 Powerbook with AirPort Extreme card
AirPort Express connected to stereo system.

I know about the following:
USB WiFi connection
Ethernet port WiFi connection
Linksys Wireless Ethernet bridge

Any one of those better than the others?

I would like to do the following:
Connect to the Internet on an as needed basis
Do some file sharing between the computers also on an as needed basis

Lastly, what software would I need for OS 9 to do this?
