Um, that's because you can't.

The PL 300 is a serial only single user printer. Apple doesn't offer any
way to share that printer on a network.

You can have a look around, there was a program by Stalker called Port
Share that let you share a serial port over a network. Stalker doesn't
appear to have any info on it on their web site any more (looks like they
have dropped everything other than their high end mail server), but the
demo is still available on their FTP (in Pub -> Legacy). However, I don't
know if that will let you share the PL 300, nor do I know if it will work
over your wireless. You don't mention what wireless you are using. If it
is Airport all around (cards and base stations) then it might since
Airport supports the full range of Apple's networking abilities. But if
you are using a 3rd party card or basestation, then it may not, since
those tend to only support TCP/IP, and I tend to doubt Port Share
networks over TCP/IP (I'd rather guess it uses AppleTalk).

There may be other products that do the same thing as Port Share. The
point is, you can't network the PL 300 with anything that comes with a
Mac. You need 3rd party tools if you are going to get it to work at all
(and I still have my doubts over it working at all).

You may find it cheaper/easier to pick up a different printer.
