Netters,

this printer netted to a few Macs via a router.
Hi RA,

There isn't a dongle but try to find a LocalTalk-EtherNet bridge. Asante makes one ,Dayna used to. There are two kinds of bridges, the full bridge like the Asante one and some that are limited to printers like the Dayna MicroPrint bridge. I found one at 1st Saturday for $10 last year. They are out there if you look or you could pay Fry's the full price of $99 for a Asante one. Or you could take one of your old 68k Mac's that has an Ethernet card, download Apple's LocalTalk Bridge software (freeware) and use the old Mac as a router between the Ethernet segment and the LocalTalk network. My LWS 360 is connected to all of my systems this way, even the PC and Unix (Irix, NeXT and Solaris) sides using Win2K Services for Mac and the Asante bridge.

BTW, my office has moved. We are now in Richardson at Arapaho and Bowser instead of downtown Dallas.
