Hi Jens, Thank you for your answer. I saw this TN and also made such conclusions. But I am still not sure, since first of all I am not sure if CFNetwork in Mac OS X and in iOS are progressing in parallel. So I wonder if somebody knows it for sure. Thanks again!

According to TN2287, TLS 1.2 support was first added in iOS 5 (2011?), so it would have appeared in OS X in the next version released after that. You could look up the exact release dates, but I _think_ that implies OS X 10.8. SecureTransport.h defines a constant kTLSProtocol12, but it doesn’t have an availability annotation showing what OS versions it’s applicable to. —Jens ************************************************************************************ This footnote confirms that this email message has been scanned by PineApp Mail-SeCure for the presence of malicious code, vandals & computer viruses. ************************************************************************************ = ************************************************************************************ This footnote confirms that this email message has been scanned by PineApp Mail-SeCure for the presence of malicious code, vandals & computer viruses. ************************************************************************************
