It did last week, this week I've disabled that to see what happens in
testing. I'm also messing with location services entitlements.
I posted a bug inhouse here regarding how a 1/second broadcast stops for
30-50 seconds after a request-response cycle ends, seemingly explaining
why the listener would stop listening for a while, but I'm also looking
at whether backgrounding is related to the listener no longer listening.
