Agreed, you must be right about that. Luckily, I discovered ONE remaining device, an iPad, that hasn't been upgraded to 9.2.1 yet. Today I will create a test iPad/iPod/iPhone app and some scenarios to discover how/when/where it fails, and hopefully a workaround.
