Hi there, We’ve implemented network extension app on both iOS and macOS platforms. One issue encounter in macOS but works fine in iOS platform as follow:
We use NEOnDemandRuleEvaluateConnection to implement “connect on demand” function. The NEOnDemandRuleEvaluateConnection use NEEvaluateConnectionRule to program the rule. We filled both matchDomains and useDNSServers in iOS platform, it works perfectly; when I use Safari to browse my private domain, it can trigger the connection and resolve the host. in macOS platform, the tunnel can be triggered, however, it seems the DNS server did not work and can not connect to the target host. does anyone encounter the same issue? or any idea? — Kevin
