Why not just edit the alf settings to fix your error, rather than trying to bend ipfw to your needs? Off hand I don't have a command-line tool for ALF, but its preferences are in /Library/Preferences/com.apple.alf.plist so a quick vi and reload of alf should take care of the problem.
