Simple: wdtv live. Awesome: $199 nettop such as the Acer Revo booting Linux and running XBMC. If you are tagging your files well, you wont need Upnp / dlna for the katter although it's supported. Wdtv live about $129 or so. Also check out popcorn hour and boxee box.
