I'm running OS X Server on my Mac Pro. My mini is connected to the same LAN and
when I am logged into it, Time Machine runs fine connecting to the /Backup
sharepoint on the server.

However, I rarely use that machine. When someone else is logged in, Time
Machine errors saying the mount isn't available.

In Server Preferences=>File Sharing the /Backups sharepoint is shared to "Time
Machine Users"

I can't find that group anywhere in Server admin, Groups, or Workgroup manager.

It is not possible to edit the permissions for the Backups shared folder
(option is grey) and it is not possible to disable the share either (even if
sharing is turned of completely. I have no idea how I managed to set the path
it should use…)
