Unless there is additional/different behavior with Server, I'm already getting 
this with Snow Leopard client right now. I can see a single Time Machine share 
on any computer on the network and can backup any drive internal or external to 
this Time Machine share. This even works when the remote share is presented 
with a non-Mac OS machine, e.g. Fedora, so long as you're using a recent 
version of Netatalk to implement AFP 3.3 among some other items.
