Anyway, my problem is the "None of your preferred networks can be

Zionet is my home network, which is open but the wireless is MAC
locked (perhaps not a good idea, as MAC can be spoofed). But the
thing is, ZioNet is on the "preferred networks" list in the Networks
Airport panel. So why is it asking me this? Unless an open network
is assumed to not be "trusted" by definition (which really is a good
idea).
Or is there some preference file that's gotten corrupted that I
should trash and just start over?
Whenever I have seen this error, it has been due to some sort of
subtle misspelling. For example, even in this very message, you spell
it as both ZioNet and Zionet -- they're NOT identical networks.
If you can't find the misspelling, just delete the other preferred
network and join the "new" network, making it preferred.
