Whenever I have seen this error, it has been due to some sort of subtle misspelling. For example, even in this very message, you spell it as both ZioNet and Zionet -- they're NOT identical networks.

If you can't find the misspelling, just delete the other preferred network and join the "new" network, making it preferred.
