Can somebode enlighten me and help satisfying my curiosity? Rudolf _______________________________________________ MacOSX-talk mailing list [email protected] http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/macosx-talk
Now, when repairing access rights, I have messages stating that
permissions on various symlink files (CodeResources symlinks) differs
insofar that they are lrw-rw-r--, but should be -rw-rw-r--.
It seems to be harmless, although DiskUtility seems not to be able to
repair that...
Just for curiosity, I got to look at such a file by means of XRay (old
app), File Sheriff, FileExaminer, File Properties Editor and
SuperGetInfo, but none of them showed that character "l" (minuscule L)
somewhere, not even in the "obscure" options like root or owner flags
or special mode bits.
