I've been using Firefox for a while now, and have been suffering with the resource hogginess as well. So when Safari 5 came out, I was eager to try it.
So far, so good, with one exception - it seems unable to handle Gmail! (I use the Gapps version). It allows me to login, then when it tries to redirect to the mail page, it seems to just stop. (Firefox keeps going). Same happens with G-Docs. Gcalendar, and Gcontactswork just fine, oddly. Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions as to why or what to do about it? Thanks! --Jeff
