I've been using multiple speakers in iTunes ever since it was supported with Airport Express. I have 3 of them hooked up. What I love about the iTunes 10 UI is the discrete volume control over each output, including the computer - and it has a master volume. I don't recall seeing this in previous versions of iTunes. Maybe I missed it?
