I do not have those. have you tried 

% strings .htr.ijats*

from the comandline, might give some clues.

You did mean to say "/Libray" right? That is, the SYSTEM /Library and not your 
own ~/Library? I'd be concerned.

I have a file with a similar pattern in my `/Library/Application Support/ 
directory named .pbz.qriba-grpuabybtvrf.guvax which is an xml file which looks 
like it contains a lot of serial numbers. The file is quite old, however, so 
I've deleted it.

I suspect it was some temporary file from some software I looked at back in 
January that didn't properly clean up after itself and that the file lists bad 
or pirated serial numbers… But that's just a guess.
