Updates are a pain in the ass. Sparkle, AppFresh, and other update notification methods help, but it's still a hassle to start a program and receive a prompt to upgrade. A centralized software manager is a good idea, especially for the average user. Plus, the really old way means checking websites and comparing version numbers. Everyone has better things to do than worry about software versions. The killer feature for me would be if there was a setting to automatically upgrade apps when they aren't being used. And prompt to upgrade if the app has been out of date for some period of time. -- arno s hautala /-| [email protected] pgp b2c9d448 _______________________________________________ MacOSX-talk mailing list [email protected] http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/macosx-talk
