I use iTunes in a Japan once in a while. I bought some iTunes cards while there and signed up under a different email address and put my MIL physical address in. So I did not use a CC, just iTunes gift cards. You could use a UK CC or buy UK iTunes gift cards and set up a UK based iTunes account.
