Does anyone know if reverting to iTunes 10.1.1 via Time Machine will actually install all the related stuff under the hood? The 10.1.2 iTunes update has an issue (I believe) with Logic Pro's export Audio to Movie feature - and LPro uses QT for the export etc etc.
