Ok, I found the culprit: all the Stickies windows were set (by me) to be floating windows by default.
I've disabled that and now the "Move to next application window" shortcut works (except that Cmd+` doesn't)... In any case, I'm going to be a happy Stickies user now. Thank you Arno for pushing me in the right corner !!!
