"Change is good, except when it isn't."

With the new Safari 5.1, does anyone know the rule it follows as to where it
places new tabs? Instead of always adding the new tab to the end, it usually
now adds it next to the tab generating the new one. But sometimes, it doesn't.
Sometimes it generates the new tab in a seemingly random slot, and I have to go
looking for it. There's no Preferences setting for this, as fas as I can tell.
It's about as nutty as the way Finder juggles the ordering of numerical
filenames...
