I guess you could have a more marginal Bluetooth radio in the Mini.  Or, your 
Mini card may have settled on a favorite frequency that is different from your 
MBP, and closer to what your Airport is using.  Unfortunately, Bluetooth and 
802.11b/g use the same 2.4GHz frequency range.

Apple's tips say to reset the Airport device and when it starts up it will 
choose the channel with the least interference.
