It does not.

The extensions I have are:

first dictionary) .fsi, .jkr, .ini, .dat, .BIN, .LCK, .idx, .all, .rec
second dictionary) .INI, .DAT

I've opened the big files with emacs to check for headers. The second 
dictionary's .DAT file starts with a "vvdb" string, which I looked up on the 
web to not much avail.

The .all file of the first dictionary has a "(binary stuff)RIFF(binary 
stuff)WAVEfmt" string on the first line, which seems to point at a sound file 
(presumably the pronunciation data, which is not what I am looking for). The 
other big files don't have anything significant.
