Thank you! I am testing Dropbox now and it does look good. The one drawback I see is that it cannot be accessed via WebDAV. I use iWork on my iPad quite often, and being able to make the files accessible is important, and iDisk worked fine. iWork also can use WebDAV, but Dropbox says it won't support WebDAV in the foreseeable future.
