What I am noticing is that frequently my iphone is not joining known wifi networks. It didn't join the coffee shop's wifi this morning, for example. And when I got home, I had to manually connect to my home wifi as well. It isn't until after connecting to wifi that it starts uploading to photo stream, so I have been noticing delayed photos over the last few days.
