When trying to renew my ADC membership I get to the checkout page

And when I click the continue button (large green button) nothing at all
happens. In fact, if I click 'Edit Payment" nothing happens either.
Everything else on the page seems to click ok.
I will call Apple tomorrow, but I've seen a few things like this on various
Apple pages. Javascript is enabled, but Java is not, and Flash is not
installed. Popups are not blocked.
I'm out of ideas as to what the issue could be.
