Hi: I am a bit confused by this one....
My wife has an iMac, Air and iPhone all signed in to the same iCloud account. A week or two ago, the Air refused to receive or send iMessages (something she uses often). The iPhone and iMac kept on working fine. The Air then started asking for her iCloud password every few minutes. She would enter it, but it would not take. I have tried shutting off iCloud on the Air, and turning it back on again. I have verified the password by signing out of iCloud on the iMac and signing back in again successfully. I know Apple has been changing certificates, but this seems odd that it would do this on one computer and not the others. Details: iPhone is running the latest iOS 7. iMac and Air are both running OS/X 10.8.5. Has anyone seen this? Any suggestions? Thank you so much for your help and advice! Jeff
