After a browsing session, I usually remove the cookies through the Privacy tab
in Safari's preferences.

The funny think is that once I've removed the cookies, after a second or two, I
have a second wave of cookies that are detected, *even though* I don't have any
window open.

The number of cookies in that second wave is generally lower (by a few) than
the first number.

I'd like to know what that is ? Do you have any idea ?
