Make sure in the prefs for iTunes, you have "Internet Radio" selected. If so, then on the left pane, select "Music". A small row of "tabs" appears below the Apple logo/currently playing area. "Songs", "Albums", "Artists", "Genres", and finally, "Internet" - the last one is the old "Radio" section we are used to using.
