My iMac died, and I want to "restore" my user account onto a new machine from the Time Machine backup I have from the old machine. I don't see any way to do it. The new machine sees the TM drive, and will use it as a TM backup drive, but it doesn't present any way to restore from it. Even when entering Time Machine it shows nothing to restore although the drive is half full of TM backups.
