Same here. I have chats with A B C and B A C and C B A. But I’ve never had a 
post to C B A go to a chat with C B A D.

Sometimes I think this depends on the recipient. For example, it I have a chat 
with A B and the messages to B are going to that person’s iPhone and they reply 
from their iPad (and they have different delivery settings on iPad and 
iphone?), then I think I get a “new” thread.
