OS X 10.10.4 really runs like a dog on my MacBook Pro. One issue out of many: After only a few days of uptime and then OS X will no longer auto-move to the space in which an active app is running. When I click on an actively running app icon in the dock, the menu changes to that app’s menu but I’m not transported to the space it’s running in. It just sits in the current space. I have to manually navigate the spaces. A logout/login will get it to work properly again... for a few days.
