iCloud Drive lets you organize folders any way you like, just as in the Finder. That's the old-fashioned way in which I organize my files, too. But iCloud Drive also does the per-app folder organizing that it started out with, which works well on iOS devices and, I am finding, is also convenient for quick saving of short notes when I don't have time to put them in a topical folder. -- Bill Cheeseman - [email protected]
