        No, this is true of all laptop batteries, and to some extent of all 
lithium-ion batteries (current best solution for things like laptops). 
Eventually they wear out. The more heat and power cycles they go through the 
faster they wear out. Limiting the charge amount will not really change that 
timing very much, since you will only be charging more often. If you look at 
your warrantee the batteries are specifically listed as something that wears 
out, and there are specific formulas for when they are replaced under 
warrantee. And lawsuit would be summarily dismissed.
