Unfortunately I don't think I'm going to be able to test it. I've recently gotten a couple of OS X 10.2 CDs, and I'm going to upgrade soon. So I guess I can't be the 10.1.x tester anymore. A small price to pay for getting a better OS, though... =)On Monday, December 30, 2002, at 11:29 AM, Joe Schaefer wrote:Ken, please let me know if that works.Joe, any idea what could be causing the errors that Ken is getting?Nope :-(. It doesn't look like the apreq patch is causing the errors. It looks more like apache's APACI is hosed on his machine. I'd recommend retrying with a fresh apache tree, maybe even from 1.3's latest cvs.
In the meantime, I enclose the latest version of INSTALL.MacOSX with the changes we've discussed. For those who don't see the attachments, you can also download it from http://david.wheeler.net/apreq/INSTALL.MacOSX.
It may be worth noting that I've had lots of problems with APACI in the past, though, and there may indeed be something suspicious with it on my machine.
