Camelbones & Panther ?

To those who already house a panther,

does Camelbones (the currently official version, not the 0.3 preview)  
work with it ?

I suppose it has to be recompiled since Perl is not binary-compatible 
with the one in previous Mac OS X versions, but that should be it, 
right?
