On my PPC a full 'fat macperl' build takes about 9 minutes, which is
a long time to wait to see the results of a small edit to a source
file.

To speed things up I have abstracted the PPCLink section from the
full build which produces a working MacPerl PPC application in about
30 secs. The size of the file (2,551,887) is exactly the same as that
resulting from the full 'fat' build (done to the "MacPerl Build
Instructions" recipe), so it seems to be correct.

The method presupposes a full fat build has already been done so that
valid object files in 'macperl_src:macperl:Obj' and
':macperl_src:perl:Obj' are in existence.

If anyone else is interested I have put the script up on:

        http://www.afco.demon.co.uk/private/justMacPerlPPC.sh

for the moment since there is problem attaching files to e-mails and
the script will certainly get mangled if is just pasted into the body
of a message.

I would be very interested in comments and suggestions, particularly
for any additional time saving dodges or better ways of doing it etc.
