Thanks, it was there.

Now I have PPC version which passes all tests in zlib.t. BUT, it 
does not work with CPAN, and still reports fails with some tests 
on CFM68K.

It seems to have problem with file handling. Maybe the compiler 
did too much optimization, or misconfigured link order?

Well, a step forward.
