Sorry, but many of those are just standard SMTP headers. If, for
example, Message-ID is missing, one or the other SMTP server will add
one. MIME-Version is slighhtly different, as this says to your mail
program that this is indeed a message in MIME format; as for
"Content-Type" and  "Content-Transfer-Encoding": if these were missing,
it is well possible that your mail program will show the mails in a
corrupted form.
