[MacPerl] Library access in MPW

I usually use the MacPerl application. However I have received an application I
need to run under MPW. It fails with an unable o locate english.pm in @INC.

If I run a script 'print @INC' under the application I see a list of 
search paths.
If I do the same with MPW  I get ""

How do I set the search paths for MacPerl under MPW?????
