[MacPerl] excutable program

Hi all - I need to write a stand-alone Perl program(executable) that will run on
both Mac and Windows. I believe this means I will have to create it on both
platforms. I found out that on Windows, you can get Perl's Developer Kit (PDK)
from ActiveState to do this. Is there something for the Mac that lets you create
executable programs?
