Thank you for the pointer. Although I have MPW installed, I've rather been
putting off getting started on it. I'm encouraged towards it by the remark
I recently came across that MPW was the command line environment for which
MacPerl was originally developed - but I wonder whether any members of the
list still use MPW as their favoured context for using today's versions of
MacPerl.
