No, I'm not kidding. I am also not speaking about regular joe six pack dial
up support either. I was specifically commenting on their web hosting support
which is a topic which started this little OT thread. Of course their
commercial web hosting customers are going to get better support than some
guy giving them twenty bucks a month!!
